IUMS mourns Sheikh Mohammad Srour Zine El Abidine

 

We have received with hearts full of satisfaction to Allah’s will, the death news of our brother Shaikh Mohammed Srour Nayef bin Zainal Abidin, who passed away on Friday (11/11/2016) in the Qatari capital Doha at the age of 78 years.

The deceased was born in 1938 in the village of Horan trace south of Syria, came out of Syria after the catastrophe, "the Muslim Brotherhood" in the sixties of the last century; where he settled in Saudi Arabia and became a teacher at the Scientific Institute in Buraidah in Qassim.

Then he moved to Kuwait; where he stayed for several years before leaving to Britain founded the "Islamic Forum" and "the center of the Sunnah studies." And he issued a "Sana" magazine and has the author of several books, including "The role of the Magi" and "the Muslim community" and "stop-and-identification" and "Hariri assassination and its repercussions on the people of the year" and "ethics crisis".

And the deceased co-founder of the Syrian Muslim Council, it is considered one of the scientific references in the history of thought, advocacy and Islamic history, and a truthful scholar and has well reputation .

 

Islamic nation has lost one of its advocates, educators honorable, ask Allah Almighty to forgive him, and bless his soul mercy wide, forgive him and grant him the best reward, honors and honorable, and expands his resting place, and enter paradise, and that inspires his family, and loved ones, and his colleagues, and his disciples patience and fortitude. Yes He is the Mawla, and yes He is the Mujib.
