We have received with hearts full of satisfaction to Allah’s will, the news of the death of renowned scholar Sheikh Dr. Washyar Ismail Imam and preacher of Omar Bandian Mosque, after the unidentified armed group in Erbil province, on Tuesday night, shot him in front of his house,and leads to his death after having numerous injuries throughout his body.
The deceased was born in 1976 and receive his studies on the hand of many scholars in the Kurdistan Region and outside and graduate on their hands in 1999 and then began to university study and obtained a master's degree and then a doctorate in interpretation in 2013
The deceased worked for more than twenty years an imam and preacher and lecturer.
Kurdistan Region of Iraq has lost one of its preachers and scholars, ask God Almighty to forgive him, and bless his soul mercy wide, forgive him and grant him the best reward, honors and honorable, and expands resting place, and enter paradise, and inspires his family, and loved ones, and his colleagues, and his disciples patience and fortitude.
