Gaza genocide: death toll rises to over 72,000 since the start

The
\nMinistry of Health in Gaza announced on Saturday that hospitals in the Strip
\nreceived five martyrs over the past 48 hours, including four newly reported
\nmartyrs and one martyr who was recovered, in addition to 15 injuries.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nministry confirmed in its statistical report that a number of victims are still
\nunder the rubble and on the roads, amid the inability of ambulance and civil
\ndefense teams to reach them so far, due to field conditions and the complexity
\nof movement in targeted areas where the occupation continues its operations.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

According
\nto official data, the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 10
\nhas reached 850, in addition to 2,433 injuries and 770 recovered bodies.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In the
\nsame context, the cumulative toll of what it described as genocide since the
\nbeginning of the offensive on October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,736 martyrs and
\n172,535 injuries.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nministry indicated that 103 martyrs were added to the cumulative statistics
\nafter completing their data and officially approving them by the Martyrs\u2019
\nAccreditation Committee since the beginning of May, as part of the ongoing
\nupdate of figures based on field verification.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
