In an
\nexperience that combined intellectual depth and spiritual spirit, the Youth
\nCommittee of the Qatar branch of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, in
\ncooperation with the Palestinian Scholars Association, organized an event
\ntitled \u201cIn the Presence of a Scholar,\u201d during which it hosted preacher and
\nthinker Dr. Mona Sobhi, within a four-hour intellectual journey, targeting a
\nselect group of young women interested in building awareness and making impact.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

A different journey<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The
\njourney started from the Old Doha Port amid lively and interactive atmospheres,
\nin an experience that went beyond the traditional character of youth programs,
\nto present a living model of intellectual presence based on open dialogue, deep
\nhuman communication, and calm faith formation.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nprogram varied between faith and spiritual preparation that enhanced
\nfamiliarity among participants, an opening Qur\u2019anic recitation and an emotional
\nimpactful supplication, reaching the \u201cintellectual presence\u201d session with Dr.
\nMona Sobhi, which was characterized by spontaneity and depth of presentation,
\nwhere she discussed issues of awareness, self-building, and the mission of the
\nMuslim young woman in times of transformations, in an interactive style that
\ntouched the reality and aspirations of the attendees.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Awareness and impact<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The
\nactivity also included an interactive workshop that encouraged participants to
\nreflect, think, and formulate practical visions of the impact that a young
\nwoman can create in her surroundings, amid an atmosphere of refined dialogue
\nand positive interaction.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Participants
\nexpressed their happiness with this experience, praising the good organization,
\nthe richness of content, and the spirit of closeness that prevailed in the
\nmeeting, confirming that the activity formed an inspiring and safe space for
\ndialogue, thinking, and spiritual and intellectual provision away from the
\nusual stereotypical pattern in youth programs.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

They
\nalso praised the idea of \u201cimmersion\u201d as one of the most influential methods in
\nbuilding awareness and deepening impact, especially with what the journey
\nwitnessed of diversity in segments and balance between benefit and enjoyment,
\nwhich was reflected on the level of interaction and positive presence
\nthroughout the hours of the program.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Each of
\nDr. Iman Sufyan, Dr. Naqa Mohsen, and Dr. Zainab Talha confirmed that the event
\ncomes within the efforts of the Young Women\u2019s Committee to provide qualitative
\nprograms that touch the intellectual, faith-based, and educational needs of
\ngirls, and contribute to preparing an aware generation capable of carrying the
\nmessage and making impact in society.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\njourney concluded with a closing session dedicated to reviewing results and
\nrecommendations and filling out evaluation forms, amid feelings of gratitude
\nand joy expressed by the participants, who described the experience as \u201can
\nunforgettable journey of awareness,\u201d which combined the beauty of the idea, the
\nwarmth of companionship, and the depth of presentation, leaving an extended
\nimpact that goes beyond the moment of meeting to a path of building and change.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
