The
\nfinal stage of the \u201cClear Verses\u201d Quran Recitation event, organized by the
\nDepartment of Quran Affairs at the Syrian Ministry of Awqaf as part of the
\n\u201cFaith Unites Us\u201d campaign, concluded yesterday, Saturday, with the
\nparticipation of 996 hafez and hafiza from across the country<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Dr.
\nAbdul Qader Al-Othman, Director of the Department of Quran Affairs at the
\nMinistry of Awqaf, stated that the final stage was held simultaneously at 24
\nlocations across Syria, where participants recited the entire Quran from memory
\nover three days, completing ten parts per day, after qualifying from among
\n2,249 hafez and hafiza who took part in the preliminary selection tests<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Al-Othman
\nhighlighted that organizing the event during the holy month of Ramadan aims to
\nstrengthen the presence of the Quran in individuals\u2019 and society\u2019s lives, and
\nto encourage memorization and review, contributing to instilling Quranic values
\nand nurturing a conscious generation that carries the message of the Quran in
\nknowledge and practice<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile,
\nBara Ali, Head of the Quranic Competitions and Selections Department at the
\nMinistry of Awqaf, emphasized that the event provided a unifying platform for
\nyoung hafez from different governorates, fostering communication around the
\nQuran and reinforcing the values it promotes in society<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Ali
\nexplained that participants were distributed across several governorates and
\nregions, notably Aleppo, Damascus, Rural Damascus, Hama, Homs, Idlib, in
\naddition to Al-Bab, Azaz, Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor, Daraa, Latakia, Quneitra, and
\nAl-Hasakah<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nSyrian Ministry of Awqaf launched the \u201cClear Verses\u201d Quran Recitation event on
\nFebruary 27 through the Department of Quran Affairs, aiming to encourage hafez
\nand hafiza to master Quran memorization, recitation, reflection, and
\napplication of its verses<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
