Union Presidency Holds 15th Meeting, Strengthens Institutional

The
\nPresidency of the World Union of Muslim Scholars held its 15th meeting on
\nWednesday, April 8, via Zoom, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen
\ninstitutional work and actively engage in the issues affecting the Muslim
\nUmmah.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nmeeting was chaired by His Eminence Sheikh Prof. Dr. Ali Mohieddine
\nAl-Qaradaghi, with the participation of his esteemed deputies: Sheikh Mohammed
\nAl-Hassan Al-Dadoo, Sheikh Prof. Dr. Abdelmajid Al-Najar, and Sheikh Dr. Salem
\nSaqqaf Al-Jafri, alongside the Secretary-General Sheikh Dr. Ali Mohammed
\nAl-Sallabi.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

During
\nthe meeting, the Presidency reviewed progress reports and the activities of the
\nPresident and his deputies, reflecting the vitality of the Union\u2019s
\ninstitutional performance and its commitment to developing programs and
\ninitiatives.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nmeeting also discussed updates on several key issues, foremost among them the
\nsituation of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the violations it faces, in addition to the
\nissue of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails, emphasizing the continuation
\nof monitoring and attention to these critical matters.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This
\nmeeting reaffirms the Union Presidency\u2019s commitment to maintaining organized
\ninstitutional work and enhancing its role in serving the issues of the Muslim
\nUmmah with a strong institutional vision.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
