President of the Union Holds Urgent Meeting with Deputies,

In a
\nmove reflecting serious follow-up and a commitment to translating the
\nconference recommendations into practical action, the President of the
\nInternational Union of Muslim Scholars, His Eminence Prof. Dr. Ali Mohieddin
\nAl-Qaradaghi, held an urgent meeting today, Monday, April 6, via Zoom, with his
\ndeputies, the Secretary-General and his assistants, the Chairman of the Al-Quds
\nCommittee, and several members of the Board of Trustees.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nmeeting comes within the framework of implementing the outcomes of the
\nInternational Scholarly Conference organized yesterday, Sunday, by the Al-Quds
\nand Palestine Committee of the Union, under the title \u201cAl-Aqsa Calls for Help,\u201d
\ndedicated to supporting Al-Aqsa Mosque and breaking the siege imposed upon it.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nmeeting aims to follow up on the conference recommendations and develop
\npractical mechanisms to ensure their implementation on the ground, thereby
\nenhancing the presence of the Palestinian cause in various forums and
\ntranslating the Union\u2019s institutional interest into effective and sustainable
\nefforts.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nconference witnessed wide participation and active engagement from scholars of
\nthe Ummah, alongside media professionals, human rights activists, influencers,
\nand students of knowledge from around the world. It highlighted the escalating
\nchallenges facing Al-Aqsa Mosque and renewed the call for decisive action by
\nthe Islamic world and the international community to support and protect it.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
