The Youth Committee
\nof the International Union of Muslim Scholars held an introductory and
\nwelcoming ceremony on Saturday, December 13, to mark the launch of the \u201cYoung
\nWomen\u2019s Section.\u201d The event took place in a spiritual and interactive
\natmosphere reflecting the mission and the promising beginning of the new
\nsection<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The ceremony opened
\nwith a recitation from the Holy Qur\u2019an, followed by a welcoming anthem
\nexpressing the meanings of initiation and responsibility. Assistant
\nSecretary-General of the Union, Dr. Wanees Al-Mabrouk, then delivered a
\nwelcoming address, conveying the Union\u2019s greetings and emphasizing the
\nanticipated role of young women in serving the mission of knowledge and
\ncontributing effectively to building societal awareness<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

This was followed by
\nan introductory presentation on the identity, vision, and objectives of the
\nYouth Committee, delivered by Ms. Naqaa, who highlighted the importance of
\nyoung women\u2019s role in carrying the message of knowledge, serving the Ummah, and
\npromoting the concept of Islam as a message of mercy to all humanity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The event also
\nfeatured the screening of a documentary titled \u201cThe Union\u2019s Journey: Knowledge
\nthat Uplifts the Ummah,\u201d which reviewed the path of the International Union of
\nMuslim Scholars and key milestones of its scholarly and advocacy achievements
\nin service of the Ummah\u2019s causes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The program included
\nan interactive session titled \u201cMe and the Message,\u201d which discussed the role of
\nyoung women in awareness and community building through the presentation of
\ninspiring models from the Mothers of the Believers. The session was delivered
\nby a group of young women in an engaging, dialogue-based format<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In an inspirational
\nsegment, media professional Safaa Abu Al-Sukkar shared her personal experience
\nand success story, shedding light on the importance of initiative and creating
\nimpact, while motivating participants to play an active role within their communities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Activities continued
\nwith an interactive segment titled \u201cMy Imprint on the Path of the Message,\u201d
\nduring which young women expressed their aspirations and future visions. The
\nsegment was presented by Dr. Iman Sufyan, followed by the opening of membership
\nfor the Young Women\u2019s Committee, offering broader opportunities to participate
\nin upcoming activities and programs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The ceremony
\nconcluded with honoring the participants, distributing gifts, and taking a
\ngroup photo under the slogan \u201cTogether on the Path of the Scholars,\u201d in a scene
\nthat embodied a spirit of belonging and shared responsibility<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

This event comes as
\npart of the Youth Committee\u2019s affirmation that the launch of the Young Women\u2019s
\nSection represents the beginning of a genuine and influential role for young
\nwomen in the journey of the Ummah\u2019s renaissance, and a step toward strengthening
\ntheir presence in the fields of knowledge, da\u2018wah, and community work<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
