The Union\u2019s Family Committee
\nLaunches Awareness Campaign: “Our Family, We Protect It and It Protects

The Family Committee of the International
\nUnion of Muslim Scholars announced the launch of its comprehensive awareness
\ncampaign this evening, Sunday, September 10, under the slogan: “Our
\nFamily, We Protect It and It Protects Us<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.”<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The campaign aims to reinforce the status of
\nthe family in Islam, confront intellectual and legislative challenges targeting
\nit, and provide Sharia-based and educational solutions to protect the family
\nand strengthen its role in the advancement of both the individual and society<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Key pillars of the campaign
\ninclude<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>:<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> *<\/span><\/b>Confronting legislations that
\ncorrupt the identity of the family<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> *<\/span><\/b>Promoting Islamic family values<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> *<\/span><\/b>Raising children on noble values
\n\u2013 highlighting the Gaza family as a model<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> *<\/span><\/b>Encouraging marriage and
\nsupporting youth<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

\neducation and guidance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The campaign features a series of videos,
\nseminars, and discussions with prominent scholars of the Muslim world. These
\nwill shed light on the imminent dangers facing the Muslim family, especially
\namid the aggression on Gaza and attempts to pass international agreements that
\nthreaten and fragment the family structure<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The Family Committee affirms that protecting
\nthe family is protecting the Ummah, calling on the public to follow the
\ncampaign\u2019s activities and engage with them across various platforms<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Allah Almighty says: \u201cAnd those who say,
\n\u2018Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and
\nmake us an example for the righteous.\u2019\u201d [Al-Furqan: 74]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

And the Prophet<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> \ufdfa <\/span><\/span>said: \u201cThe best of you are those who are best to
\ntheir families, and I am the best among you to my family<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.\u201d<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
