Coordination between the Imams Committee

A coordination meeting was recently held between Dr.
\nTaha Ammar, member of the Imams and Preachers Committee of the International
\nUnion of Muslim Scholars, representing the Committee\u2019s Chairman, and Mr. Yavuz
\nSelim Karabay\u0131r, Mufti of Bursa Province in Turkey.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting took place as part of the preparatory
\nefforts for hosting the “Second International Scientific Forum for
\nImams,” scheduled to be held from August 22 to 28 in Bursa Province.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

An agreement was reached to prepare the venue for the
\nforum and provide full hospitality to the participating delegations, with
\nsupport from the Mufti of Bursa.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The Imams and Preachers Committee is one of the
\nUnion\u2019s committees that aims to develop and qualify imams and preachers across
\nthe Islamic world and promotes cooperation with official religious institutions
\nto achieve its religious and scholarly objectives.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
