The Syrian Ministry of Awqaf has
\nlaunched the \u201cRiyada\u201d E-Learning Institute to provide Islamic studies through a
\nmodern digital approach, as part of its initiative to develop religious and
\nacademic education using advanced digital technologies.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

According to the ministry\u2019s
\nofficial channels on Sunday, February 1, the institute, supervised by the
\nElectronic Da\u2019wah and Guidance Department, serves as a specialized Islamic
\nacademic platform, enabling students to receive structured Islamic education using
\ninnovative digital teaching methods.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The ministry explained that the
\ninstitute offers an intensive two-year study program, designed to follow a
\nprogressive academic structure and meet the needs of learners, while adhering
\nto a solid scientific methodology.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The launch of \u201cRiyada\u201d is part
\nof the first package of e-projects introduced by the ministry on January 26,
\nunder the slogan \u201cKnowledge at Your Hands, from Your Home, Wherever You Are.\u201d
\nThe announcement was made during an event held at the National Library in
\nDamascus, attended by several ministers and religious scholars.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Syrian Minister of Awqaf,
\nMohammad Abu Al-Khair Shukri, stated that the projects include three electronic
\nplatforms: \u201cRiyada\u201d for Islamic education, \u201cWahi\u201d for Quran learning, and
\n\u201cMasjedak\u201d to locate mosques on the map.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The minister emphasized that
\nthis initiative aims to develop administrative, service, religious, and
\nacademic functions in mosques across Syria and enhance the efficiency of those
\nin charge, as part of an integrated plan to keep pace with modern technological
