The Union strongly condemns and deplores this incident and described Balagrama vile, unwarranted of religion or inhuman or mind or the law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. IUMS offers sincere condolences to the families of all the victims, and the State of Pakistan&#39;s people and government, and calls on Allah Almighty to grant mercy and forgiveness of the victims.<\/p>\n<p>3. The Union asserts that Islam and its Scholars and its nation are innocent from these forbidden atrocities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. The International Union calls for the Pakistan People&#39;s unity and caution in these delicate circumstances to thwart the conspiracies being hatched against them.<\/p>\n<p>5. The Union Invites Pakistani authorities to expedite the investigation and implementation of justice against the perpetrators of the tragic incident.<\/p>\n<p>Allah Almighty says in the Qur&#39;aan:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&quot; That was why We wrote for the Children of Israel that whoever killed a soul, except for a soul slain, or for sedition in the earth, it should be considered as though he had killed all mankind; and that whoever saved it should be regarded as though he had saved all mankind.
