Pilgrims of the Holy House of God in a Spiritual Atmosphere and Integrated
Services

The city of Medina is currently
receiving waves of pilgrims arriving from various countries around the world,
marking the beginning of their spiritual journey. Pilgrims are heading to the
Prophet’s Mosque to perform prayers before proceeding to Makkah to begin the
rites of Hajj.

Government agencies in Medina
have begun implementing a fully integrated package of services dedicated to the
Guests of Allah during this year’s Hajj season. Reception operations commenced
with the increasing arrival of flights through the air gateway, as part of the
“Makkah Route” initiative implemented by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in
cooperation with relevant authorities.

These efforts include providing
field facilitation, comprehensive care, and direct supervision of
transportation and hospitality services, ensuring pilgrims are settled in their
accommodations in comfort and tranquility.

In the same context, the
Prophet’s Mosque is witnessing an extensive intensification of services in
conjunction with the start of the season, as it represents the first
destination for pilgrims upon their arrival in Medina.

The General Authority for the
Care of the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque is focusing on preparing the mosque
to receive large numbers of visitors, enhancing organization and guidance
efficiency through comprehensive service centers, in addition to preparing
dedicated pathways for the elderly and persons with disabilities.

Guidance services have also been
strengthened through electronic screens to direct pilgrims and facilitate their
movement inside the mosque and its courtyards, alongside multilingual awareness
services, religious guidance programs, sermon translation, and the operation of
children’s hospitality centers. Visits to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah for men and
women are also being organized according to scheduled time slots.

Footage has documented the
presence of pilgrims throughout the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards,
spending their time in a deeply spiritual atmosphere filled with prayer,
remembrance, supplication, and recitation of the Holy Quran. The scenes reflect
the high level of care and attention given to pilgrims, enabling them to
perform their rituals in safety, peace, and comfort.
