IUMS was dread of what the world has seen what is happening in Mosul of displacement and change in the demographic nature in Mosul, and a result for it is the waste of human dignity and the displacement and bloodshed of innocents, asking on the intention of people of the world to help and rescue the Mosul and its sisters in other cities of humanitarian tender …And calls for Union scholars, journalists, intellectuals, writers and journalists to take part in saving the historic city gallant … And the city "Mosul" is an Islamic Sunni city that some countries rolled out on it without changing the demographic composition, the largest city in Iraq, conquered by the Muslims in the Khilafah of Omar bin al-Khattab the year 638 AD and was the conquerors of «Taghleb and Iyad and Khazraj »who built a mosque that is still standing until now, and from Mosul the Islamic armies came out and conquest Armenia and Azerbaijan after Baghdad, the center of the largest Sunni province today! And it attributed a number of prophets including Prophet Yunus bin Matta peace be upon him, the Nineveh province a good servant country, as in the news Addas Musli sire Shaybah bin Rabia with the Prophet, peace be upon him, and it is a famous news, and this city bought to the nation throughout its history lots of scholars who serve the people with their jobs and their knowledge.
The forces of evil and injustice and aggression against our people in Mosul do what we have never witness in our time, and did not leave a way extermination only committed against the people of Mosul, and based on verse (you will not attain unto righteousness until you spend of what you love and whatever you spent Allah Almighty knows about it.) (Al Imran: 92) and Allah Almighty said: (O you who believe! Spend of that with Which We have provided for you, before a Day comes when there will be no bargaining, nor friendship, nor intersession. And it is the disbelievers who are the Zalimun{wrong-doers}) (Al-Baqarah: 254), (Behold! You are those who are called to spend in the Cause of Allah, yet among you are some who are niggardly. And whoever is niggardly, it is only at the expense of his Own self. But Allah is Rich, and you are poor. And if you turn away, He will exchange you for some other people and they will not be your likes.) (Muhammad: 38)
He said peace be upon him: "Who released about his brother's plight of Dunia Allah released about the plight of the anguish the Akhira; Day of Resurrection, and who cover on his Muslim brother in this world, Allah Almighty will cover on him in the Day of Resurrection, and Allah help His slave whenever the slave was in aid of his brother."
IUMS, confirms that failing to support the people of Mosul represents participation in the crime of aggression on the people of Mosul, and demands, including the following:
1. The Union appeals to the Islamic nation and international humanitarian organizations to the rescue of the Iraqi city of Mosul, those that are exposed to genocide.
2. The Union ask on the intention of the people of the world to donate and generosity as possible to them and do humanitarian duty towards fellow human beings.
3. It demands the scholars, journalists, intellectuals, writers and journalists to do their part to save this gallant historic city.
4. Also it calls for humanitarian organizations and human rights organizations to play their role in saving the people of Mosul, which exposed him from continuing crimes ..
