The Member of the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS) Ali Salabi gave a lecture on the achievements of the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, Abdul Hamid II, in Ankara on Saturday.

The lecture was part of the event of the culture office of the Turkish Humanitarian Relief Organization in the Turkish capital to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the death of Abdul Hamid II.

Meanwhile, Ankara and Istanbul are celebrating the 100th death anniversary for the 34th Sultan of the Ottoman Empire in days-long events.
