His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ali Muhiuddin Qara Daghi; the secretary-general of the IUMS, strongly condemned the attack on the Turkish restaurant that took place in the capital of Burkina Faso Ouagadougou, which claimed the lives of tens of innocent lives and two preachers to Allah, Sheikh Walid al-Ali and Fahd al-Husseini who were killed in a terrorist attack by gunmen on the Turkish restaurant in the capital, and a huge number of wounded and injured in addition to the heavy losses caused by this brutal attack on civilians. Such targeting is also considered a terrorist and criminal act, regardless of who perpetrates it, stands behind it or supports its perpetrators.
The Union condemns the parties that committed this attack and condemns all forms of violence that lead to the killing of innocent victims. Allah the Almighty says: "Whoever killed a person in retaliation of murder or to spread mischief in the land, it would be as if he killed all mankind”
IUMS expresses its condolences to the families of the victims and calls on Allah to grant them mercy, as we ask Allah Almighty for the speedy recovery of the wounded, and that Allah Almighty raises this temptation for the Islamic nation.
