IUMS Condemns the decision of the Egyptian court by considering ’’Hamas’’ a terrorist organization, and stresses that targeting the Palestinian resistance serves Israel.

IUMS received with amazement and severe censure the decision of the urgent matters court in the Arab Republic of Egypt on Saturday, February 28th, 2015, and that the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" is a terrorist organization. It is a judgment that holds shame to Egypt and its governors, in the time that the same court judge from a month that it lacked jurisdiction to consider such a subject, which is the politicization of the work of the judiciary in Egypt, in light of the coup authority that turned all the balances, and disrupted all the issues, So the first issue hit the nation, the question of Palestine, and target the Islamic Resistance Hamas, which form the spearhead in the system of the Palestinian resistance, which is the honor of the Arab and Islamic nation.
The Union about this judicial dangerous Egyptian decision confirms the following:
•The Union strongly condemns this decision issued by the competent court, and that this decision only serves the Zionist occupation authority on the beloved land of Palestine.
•The Union surprise is that at the time when the European Court removed the resistance movement "Hamas" from the list of terrorist organizations in Europe, an Arab and Muslim country consider the movement "Hamas” as a terrorist organization, without any evidence.
• Palestine is the first case in the Arab and Islamic nation, and the resistance is a crown on the head of all the nation, and any attempts to undermine the resistance is the attempts to serve the Zionist occupation brutal, and must refrain from such attempts immediately.
•The Union believes that the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas", and all the resistance movements on the land of Palestine, is a national liberation movements, and popular resistance, and Arabian struggle, and Islamic Jihad, against an occupied and colonized foreign and rapist, and what they're doing is the right guaranteed by Islamic law, religion, imposed resistance and jihad to defend the homeland, as well as supported by international law.
•The Union demands the coup authority in Egypt to refrain immediately from the requirements of this resolution, which is considered to be nowhere for violating all litigation, as contrary to the rules of the Arab and Islamic action towards the occupied Palestine, and is considered a serious strategic change in the Egyptian attitude toward Palestine.
• The Union calls on the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Gulf Cooperation Council, and the governments of the Arab and Islamic countries to speed the authority to intervene with the coup in Egypt to discourage them from this resolution, which serves only the interests of the Zionist occupier.
• The Union appeals to the Muslim Scholars, the carriers of the religion and law in all parts of the world: east, and west to state the truth, and expose the falsehood and to clarify the opinion of the true Islam, the Mujahideen who defend Islam and sanctities and their homes and their children, and to instill the spirit of jihad and the defense of lives and money and births and women and sanctuaries: the sons of Muslims and Christians, not to lie down and surrender, as the coup leaders is promoting, who have lost everything, even themselves.
•The Union calls the fair-minded historians to say their sincere word, and protect the history of counterfeiting, and returning these lies in the throats of who are saying
it.
•The Union urges free peoples throughout the world to support the Palestinian cause and the right of the Palestinian people to defend their land, honor against the foreign occupier rapist, and support for national liberation movements on the land of Palestine instead of obtaining it, or accusing it as unlawfully.
