IUMS calls for the Islamic Nation and the free world, a global grant relief to rescue millions of Syrian refugees, and Gaza people, and stresses that donating money and supplies is an Islamic duty
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His messenger; Mohammed, and upon His family, companions, and allies, and after;
IUMS is following with deep saddened and concerned the conditions of millions of our Syrian refugees brothers in the shelter cams wherever they are, as well as the conditions of our brothers in Gaza and Palestine, in the face of the harsh weather, and the bitter cold, snow and storm that hits the area in the meantime, in the case of a lack of resources at our brothers of these, which is putting their lives and the lives of their children at risk of disease, and the difficulty of living and dying, as the Union continues with many organizations around the world to work to find urgent solutions to the crisis in cooperation among all, and the IUMS in front of the humanitarian situation dire affirms the following:
1. The Union demands the Islamic and the free world to move quickly to the aid of our Syrian refugees’ brothers, who face the cold wave that no one can hold, as well as our brothers in Gaza and Palestine and all areas that find difficulty to face those snowstorms.
2. The Union calls the United Nation Association and organizations relief and humanitarian in the world, and citizens all over the world, to the speed of the donation and the establishment of a land, air and sea bridge to the vulnerability areas, and freight what it takes to our brothers to enable them to cope with the cold, and appointed to bear the burdens of life, and protects those Muslims the risk of death, disease and hunger.
3. The Union emphasizes that donate money, time and effort and supplies to our Syrian refugees brothers and our damaged people everywhere is the legality duty, human duty, enjoined Sharaa religion, where Allah says, "Believe in Allah and His Messenger and spend (in charity) of that which He has made you successors. Whosoever of you believes and spends shall have a mighty wage"(Al-Hadid - verse 7), and He says," Believers are indeed brothers "(Al-Hujurat- verse 10), Allah says in His Holy Quran {The believers, both men and women, are guides to each other} [Al-Tawba: 71], and that the duty of brotherhood and loyalty is to do financial and moral rights, Allah Almighty said, " who, from their wealth is a known right for the impoverished non requester and the requester" [Al-Maarej: 24-25], and Allah Almighty has warned us to respond to stinginess and greed, He said in Mohkam Al-Tanzeel { And do not let those who are greedy with what Allah has given them of His Bounty think it is better for them, but rather, it is worse for them. They will be coiled in that which they were greedy on the Day of Resurrection} [Al-Imran: 180].
4. The Union salutes the efforts of all relief and humanitarian organizations that began the campaign to disaster relief, and emphasizes the need for more and more as soon as possible; because the disaster is huge, so the Union calls to unite all efforts to accelerate the organization of relief campaigns so as not to be interrupted, and covers the needs of our fellow refugees immediately.
We see and watch and hear the voice of children and the elderly and women in Gaza, Syria, Iraq, Somalia and elsewhere, because of the cold and snow and hunger, and it is mentioned in the Hadith that we are all responsible if we do not do our duty, and we know that Allah Almighty ask us about it the Day of Resurrection. Allah Almighty says: {rolls a kinship right and needy and the wayfarer so good for those who want the face of God, and those are the successful} [Al-Roum: 38]
