The Imams Committee of the
International Union of Muslim Scholars, in cooperation with the Council of
Iraqi Scholars, is organizing an in-person specialized scientific course
titled:

“Principles and Pathways of
Fatwa Issuance”

This course aims to build
jurisprudential awareness and promote sound fatwa practices based on precise

understanding of the foundations and methodologies of fatwa issuance.

skills to issue fatwas in a manner that aligns with contemporary requirements
and societal needs.
