IUMS condemns the criminal and terrorist incident the armed attack on Peshawar, Pakistan School and stresses that Islam and Muslims renounces such criminal acts.
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah; Mohammed, and upon his family, companions and allies, and after;
IUMS had continues with deep sorrow, the armed attack events, which carried out by criminal elements on the Peshawar school in Pakistan, where nearly 132 students was killed and 9 of the teaching staff, using explosive belts and bullets to kill the children and teachers, and the Union in front of this disaster and human tragedy, confirms as follows:
1. The Union strongly condemns and deplores this incident and described Balagrama vile, unwarranted of religion or inhuman or mind or the law.
2. IUMS offers sincere condolences to the families of all the victims, and the State of Pakistan's people and government, and calls on Allah Almighty to grant mercy and forgiveness of the victims.
3. The Union asserts that Islam and its Scholars and its nation are innocent from these forbidden atrocities.
4. The International Union calls for the Pakistan People's unity and caution in these delicate circumstances to thwart the conspiracies being hatched against them.
5. The Union Invites Pakistani authorities to expedite the investigation and implementation of justice against the perpetrators of the tragic incident.
Allah Almighty says in the Qur'aan:
" That was why We wrote for the Children of Israel that whoever killed a soul, except for a soul slain, or for sedition in the earth, it should be considered as though he had killed all mankind; and that whoever saved it should be regarded as though he had saved all mankind. Our Messengers brought those proofs; then many of them thereafter commit excesses in the earth.”(Surat Al ma'idah - Verse 32)
