The International Union of Muslim Scholars strongly condemns the series of assassinations and airstrikes carried out by the Israeli occupation forces, targeting senior military leaders of the Islamic Jihad movement, resulting in numerous casualties, including children and women. These acts are heinous terrorist crimes.
The Union calls upon the Islamic and Arab nations to respond appropriately and urges the United Nations and international organizations to protect the Palestinian people from the terrorism of the occupation.
Statement Text:
"We denounce the Israeli occupation forces' assassination of three senior military leaders of the Islamic Jihad movement through a series of airstrikes on houses in Gaza this Tuesday, causing numerous casualties, including children and women. We consider these acts to be terrorist and criminal actions.
In the face of this dangerous phenomenon, the International Union of Muslim Scholars strongly condemns these criminal assassinations and holds the Zionist state, its intelligence apparatus, and its gangs responsible for these actions. We consider the Zionist entity to be a purely terrorist state.
The Union extends its condolences to the families of the leaders, the martyrs, and the Palestinian people in all their components, praying to Allah Almighty to have mercy on them, make them martyrs, and grant their families, loved ones, and acquaintances patience and solace.
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we will return.
