The President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Ali Al-Qaradaghi, has strongly condemned the brutal and treacherous attack carried out by the occupying terrorist organization's army on the displacement camps in Khan Younis. This attack resulted in dozens of casualties, both martyrs and injured.
Sheikh Dr. Al-Qaradaghi described this heinous massacre as a flagrant violation of human rights and international law, considering it another testament to international complicity. He urgently called on international organizations and major countries to intervene immediately to stop this war and the massacres against innocents in Palestine.
Sheikh Dr. Al-Qaradaghi emphasized the need for those responsible for this horrific attack to be held accountable and to face justice for their crimes targeting defenseless civilians.
Sheikh Dr. Ali Al-Qaradaghi urged the United Nations, human rights organizations, and the entire international community to take swift action to end the ongoing violence against the Palestinian people and ensure their protection from all forms of assault and persecution.
Sheikh Al-Qaradaghi stressed that these massacres cannot continue unchecked, underlining the necessity for the international community to play an active role in restoring safety and stability to the region.
He added: "O Muslims and Muslimas in the Arab and Islamic world, the people of Gaza are a trust upon our shoulders. Each of us has a duty to support them to the best of our abilities, to assist them in every possible way, and to prioritize donating to them as a religious obligation."
