IUMS calls to reunite the nation, maintain the unity, authority and the legitimacy of the state in Yemen, saying Fatwa: making sacrifices for total reconciliation is ordinance legitimacy.
Praise be to Allah, and prayer and peace be upon the final Messenger of Allah; Muhammad, and upon his family and companions and all those who followed his noble guidance till the Day of Judgment.
The International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS) is following the tragic situation of Muslims, and what inflicted her from tribulations, calamities, disperse, tear, terrorism and extremism ... what is happening in the country of Yemen is part of it, by the exploit of some deviants the incident that is happening and carrying it, to reach out to their sectarian and partisan goals.
The Union is optimistic to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC); led by Saudi Arabia, attempts to heal the wound, and reunify, to maintain the unity of Yemen, and the prestige of his country, led by its legitimate president, through its call to hold discussion meetings in the capital, Riyadh, and through his intensive calls to all Yemeni people, and gather all the internal and international energies of the Kingdom for the success of the discussion, and the activation of the outputs of the comprehensive national discussion to achieve justice and good governance, and Unity, and the interests of the lovely Yemen.
From the sense of responsibility, and duty to make a statement and advice, the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS), see and affirms the following:
1. The Union demands all Yemeni people to stand around the legitimacy of the state represented by President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, who was agreed by everyone, fearing that things are getting strained, and who may have dire should accept the consequences.
2. The Union, calls the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for developing a strategy based on the mechanisms and practical steps and political that will firm the real sacrifices to maintain security and stability for the country.
3. The Union appeals to all Arab and Islamic countries, and others, the United Nations, and the peace-loving people to stand with Yemen in its ordeal by material and moral support.
4. The Union emphasizes that attempts to get strength from the outside countries will not succeed, God willing, will not be achieved, and that the consequence of those who want to subject the people by the help of the outside countries is huge failure, God willing{The wrongdoers will surely know which turn they will be returning to (Hell)}.
5. The Union sends a message to loyal young people from Muslims and others who loves the religion of Allah Almighty and the homeland, urging them by the name of the scholars to join the legitimacy of Yemen, and leave any logo that is not Quran and Sunnah, and Islam compassion, pride and dignity, legitimacy Evidence show that this religious duty will release them from the great evils of Yemen and the region.
Yemen today needs your efforts and energies guys, you should Combine and Unite (And cooperate in righteousness and warding off (evil), and do not cooperate in sinfulness and transgression).
6. The Union’s Fatwa: The unity of Muslims is obligatory legitimacy imposed by the Sharaa evidence from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah and the consensus of the nation, and confirmed by the realism necessary for our Islamic nation endangered by big evils if it do not unite, they are threatened in light of the sharp conflicts and disperse dangerous abject failure, and the dominance of enemies - God forbid.
Therefore, who does not seek nor exert maximum effort for the unity of the nation and the unity of the people, he is a sinner and wrong, while who contributes to the separation, conflict and stir up unrest he has committed a mortal sin. Allah Almighty has called the separation a disbelief in the verse (O ye who believe! If you obey a group of those who were given the book they will turn you after your faith unbelievers) the Investigators from the scholars said: that what is meant disbelief in the verse is the separation, this is confirmed in the words of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him In the goodbye Hijja (do not return after my death infidels some of you hits the necks of others) narrated by Al-Bukhari, Muslim and others Al-Greer, and Al-Bukhari, Ibn Umar.
We urge you to Allah Almighty, to take care of Yemen since Prophet Muhammad described it in hadeeth, he said (faith is Yaman, and wisdomis Yamania) narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim from Abu Huraira.
Achieve the words of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and be faithful Elders: by learning and working, in solving this problem, and stave off this calamity. And God is with you, and will not frustrate your work.
