IUMS Condemns targeting the soldiers process in Egypt, and targeting the people of Sinai, and calls for work to maintain the interest of the country.
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah; Mohammed, and upon his family and companions and allies (and after)
IUMS is following with deep sadness the deteriorating situation that occurred in Egypt since the military coup on July 3, 2013, and the lack of maintaining any stability, with the absence of security and safety of citizens, and the spread of hatred between the people, and no one will have benefit from this situation except the enemies Egypt and the enemies of the nation, so that things reached to targeting rebels of the Egyptian people with murder, detention, torture and displacement, and the demolition of entire villages, and the displacement of their children, tortured, and killed many of them only by suspicion; because they are demanding freedom and dignity, justice and raising the will of the Egyptian people and not to circumvent it, so it came to targeting Egyptian soldiers in different locations belonging to the armed forces, particularly the recent incident in the northern Sinai.
The Union about this serious crisis in the state of beloved Egypt affirms the following:
1. The Union condemns targeting Egyptian soldier’s incident in northern Sinai, Egypt, which killed more than 40 military from the Egyptian army, it also offers sincere condolences to their families and to the people of Egypt.
2. The Union also strongly condemns the crimes committed against oriented Egyptian people, towards the demonstrators rebels, or to the people of Sinai, from being targeted with death, or detention, torture, displacement, or the demolition of houses, or fight them by their sustenance or remove trees and farms, all this and other crimes that Allah Almighty forbidden in many of the texts of the Quran and the explicit Sunnah , that mentioned i the sanctity of the killings, displacement and output.
3. If we condemn the crimes committed against the soldiers, we call the wise people not to ignore its causes, from what the current power and its apparatus are doing from violence and excessive murder and torture, which cannot be afford by most young people, and it would make the hatred between the factions and groups and sects of the people, against the current coup authority, and its security forces, and soldiers and officers, and emphasize that the security solutions did not come well for any nation, but things will be more complicated.
4. The Union demands the Egyptian armed forces to the realization of the mind and restore the rights to its people, and uphold the supreme interest of the Egyptian state re situation to what it w as before July 3, 2013 m, so as to start a comprehensive national reconciliation that does not marginalize anyone, and do not waste the punishment for the martyrs, and compensate the injured, and the release of detainees, and the trial of all who have sinned and committed a crime against Egypt and its people.
5. The Union calls the leaders and thinkers and scholars of the Islamic and Arab nation to intervene to put an end to the violations that occurs in Egypt and the restoration of the rights of its people, and start reunion before the situation get out of hand and happen what may have dire consequences - God forbid.
