IUMS mourns the victims of earthquake in Dashestan, Iran, condoles with Iranian people
All praise be to Allah and peace and blessings be upon God’s messenger, upon his family, companions and followers.
The International Union of Muslim Scholars followed with great concern the impact of the earthquake in Iran that left dozens of people either dead or wounded and destroyed many homes.
Before these tragic humanitarian conditions, the IUMS views and asserts the following:
1-Mourns the victims of the earthquake and declares its full support and solidarity with the Iranian people in this ordeal, and hopes that Allah will alleviate its impacts and pains for them.
2-Calls relief agencies in the Muslim world to extend a hand of help to the afflicted in fulfillment of our Islamic and human duty, and asks God Almighty to be merciful to His servants.
And our last calls is that all praise be to Allah, the lord of the worlds!
