The Palestinian branch of the International Union of Muslim Scholars organized a faith-based preaching forum for the families of martyrs in Khan Younis in cooperation with the Noor Charitable Society, titled "The Breezes of Ramadan".
The event was attended by a large number of families and mothers of the martyrs. Another educational preaching forum was organized in cooperation with the Muslim Young Women Association at the Al-Shafi'i Mosque in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza city, attended by residents of the neighborhood and titled "Spiritual Nourishment".
During these forums, preachers spoke about the virtues of reading the Quran in Ramadan and emphasized that the essence is not in the number of readings but in pondering over its verses and applying them. They also highlighted the traditions and practices that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to do during Ramadan, such as supplication, night prayers, and retreat. This activity is part of the religious awareness and education campaign that targets all segments of the community. Source: Al Ittihad.
