IUMS congratulates the Islamic nation on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, and emphasizes the importance of solidarity and cooperation among all components of the Islamic nation.

The International Union of Muslim Scholars congratulates the Islamic nation on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr and emphasizes the importance of solidarity and cooperation among all components of the Islamic nation. It stresses the necessity of joint action to enhance unity, tolerance, peace, and stability in the Islamic world.

Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of solidarity and prayers for our Muslim brothers and sisters who lack the manifestations of joy and happiness, and suffer from poverty, wars, and aggression all over the world.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and companions. After that:

On the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr and the end of the month of purity and blessings, the International Union of Muslim Scholars extends its warmest congratulations and greetings to the entire Muslim Ummah - leaders, scholars, thinkers, and people. We take this opportunity to remind everyone of the following:

Firstly, we have hope in the Muslim Ummah that observed this blessed month of fasting and spent its nights in worship, and that they have truly benefited from fasting in this blessed month by instilling the principles of piety, goodness, and kindness within themselves, and achieving the ultimate goal of fasting, which is to draw closer to Allah and attain piety: "So that you may become righteous."

Secondly, Eid is an opportunity to remember our fellow Muslims who are deprived of joy and happiness, and who suffer from poverty, misery, wars, and aggression around the world. We should show solidarity with them through prayers, support, and assistance.

Thirdly, on the occasion of the blessed Eid, we remember Muslim minorities and their rights, especially those who are oppressed in India, Xinjiang, Kashmir, Europe, and elsewhere.

Fourthly, we remind the entire Muslim Ummah not to forget their first cause, "the cause of Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif," its martyrs, prisoners, and wounded, and we call upon them to unite and cooperate to deter the evil Zionist enemy's plans and heinous crimes against civilians, and take a bold and effective stance in this regard.

Fifthly: We appeal to the leaders of the nation, scholars of Sharia, opinion leaders, intellectuals, and media figures to conduct a self-examination of the state of the nation and make more efforts towards achieving unity, constructive cooperation, integration, and solidarity, so that the nation of goodness and mercy that Allah wants to bring forth for the benefit of all people can be realized. Its credibility and benevolent message can be achieved by presenting a pioneering model in civilizational renaissance, security and stability, freedom and justice, and spreading peace in the world. "You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah." (Quran 3:110).

Sixthly: We direct our nation towards further supplication to Allah Almighty and seeking closeness to Him by hastening to do good deeds and spending money to help the needy, widows, and orphans, especially in these days that the nation and the world are going through. Charity extinguishes the anger of the Lord, pushes away calamities, and increases life, by the permission of Allah Almighty. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Doing good deeds protects from evil" (reported by At-Tabarani 8/312 with a good chain of narrators).
