Sheikh Ali Al-Qaradaghi, President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, has left the country for Istanbul in response to an official invitation from the Turkish Presidency of Religious Affairs to participate in the "Consultative Summit of World Islamic Scholars." The conference aims to discuss collaborative approaches to address the challenges and crises facing humanity and the unity of the Ummah.
Under the patronage of His Excellency President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey, the conference will commence with a dinner banquet in honor of the guests, attended by numerous prominent Islamic scholars and thinkers from around the world.
The conference is expected to last for two days, with discussions focusing on the current state of the Islamic Ummah and ways to guide and advise it through the severe crises it is currently experiencing.
In his role, the President of the Union will deliver the opening speech at the main session of the conference, where he will share his aspirations and analysis of the current situation, and seek to contribute constructively to enhancing cooperation and solidarity among Islamic nations in facing shared challenges.
