Dr.Qaradaghi receives the President of the Association of Nepalese Scholars and they discuss enhancing cooperation between the two institutions and the situation of Muslims in Nepal.

On Sunday, April 15th, His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ali Al-Qaradaghi, the Secretary-General of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, received a delegation led by His Eminence Sheikh Mohammed Al-Khalid, the President of the Association of Nepalese Scholars, a member of the Nepalese parliament, and a member of the International Union of Muslim Scholars. The meeting was held at the Union's headquarters in Doha, where the two sides discussed enhancing cooperation between their institutions and issues related to the Muslim community in Nepal.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged their views on common interests, and the visiting delegation presented a report on the current situation of Muslims in Nepal. The delegation praised the efforts of the International Union of Muslim Scholars in supporting Muslims, particularly Muslim minorities, around the world.

It is worth noting that His Eminence Sheikh Mohammed Al-Khalid has previously translated the book "Prophet Joseph (peace be upon him), a Role Model for Muslims outside their Homelands" by Dr. Ali Mohyeldin Al-Qaradaghi into the Urdu language.

This meeting reflects the ongoing efforts of the International Union of Muslim Scholars to strengthen its relations with various Muslim institutions and organizations around the world and to support the Muslim community in different countries.
